    • Client Support Specialist I

      Main Purpose of Job

      The Client Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining positive relationships between clients and STR. This is achieved by providing ongoing product support for STR clients and customers with a focus on client satisfaction and engagement, teamwork, and complete resolutions. The Client Support Specialist will work cohesively with other team members and departments within the organization to provide clients and internal team members a complete service experience.     • Communications Executive

      Location: London, United Kingdom

      Main Purpose of Job 

      The Communications Executive’s primary focus will be to work with media outlets globally to ensure maximum exposure for STR data and solutions. Additionally, the successful candidate will play an international role in STR’s internal communications efforts and serve as a subject matter expert for the company’s written content. This person should demonstrate a high degree of initiative and a passion for their work, be able to work independently, and produce data-driven subject matter that is consistent with STR’s corporate brand messaging.     • Data Integration Analyst

      Main Purpose of Job

      The Data Integration Analyst will focus on moving STR into the future of data collection and delivery. This technical role will work closely with staff from other teams to identify and explore integration opportunities, implement automated data feeds from customers, implement internal data solutions, and continue to improve and expand the data integration strategy. The Analyst will become familiar with the STR data loading process from a technical and operational side, and will work with others in the Data, Integration, Account Management, and IT departments to help determine the data-related needs and recommend and implement improvements for STR. We will look for them to lead future Portfolio Governance and operational projects related to data integration to help build, support, and implement numerous integration initiatives moving forward to streamline the collection and delivery of data with our corporate clients and 3rd party companies (PMS – Property Mgmt. System, RMS – Revenue Mgmt. System, etc.). The Data Integration Analyst will be a client-facing role. This position is based out of our U.S. Headquarters in Hendersonville, TN, with an expectation of less than 10% travel to our International Headquarters in London, UK.

    • In-Market Account Manager

      Location: Mumbai

      Main Purpose of Job

      Work closely with the Business Development Manager in India to proactively manage, build and retain relationships with clients across countries in Central and South Asia (India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Bhutan, Nepal) through regular email, phone call, webinar and face to face communication across a broad range of executives in our key clients businesses. 

      Build and manage proactive strategic account management plans for key accounts and upselling in the applicable markets. Support key client questions and queries through a solid understanding of STR’s reports, data coverage and methodologies along with a strong knowledge of the hospitality industry generally. 

      Represent STR at Client Meetings, Third Party and Industry Conferences including delivering market data trend presentations at client and industry events.

    • Research Manager

      Main Purpose of Job

      Tourism Consumer Insights is a full-service, third party independent tourism market research team of STR.

      The Research Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of market research projects.

      Additional responsibilities include:

      • Identifying and pursuing new opportunities for the team, including compiling proposals, managing client relationships and devising and moving forward other business development activities.
      • Improving internal processes and systems and drive quality and efficiency improvements.
      • Managing a team of in-house researchers and external contacts, including fieldwork companies and other suppliers.
